We’re thrilled to announce that the Manchester Databricks User Group is making its debut at Data Decoded MCR on October 21st, 2025, at the Manchester Central Convention Complex. This marks an exciting milestone for our community as we join one of the most dynamic data events in the UK. 

Why We’re Excited 

 Data Decoded is a two-day festival that brings together data professionals, business leaders, and innovators to explore the latest in data and AI. With a packed agenda covering topics like Data Engineering, Generative AI, and AI Strategy, this event is the perfect platform to connect, learn, and grow. 

If you have been keeping up with our AI Readiness series over on The Databricks Diaries, we’re particularly looking forward to the “What Leadership Looks Like in a World of AI” seminar with Sam Booth (CEO, pro manchester) and Oliver Pickup (Founder & Director, Pickup Media), which promises to deliver valuable insights into navigating leadership in the age of AI.
